General business conditions

General business conditions, company Sitour Czech Republic Ltd.:

1. Contractual relation:

Contractual relation between client and SITOUR CR is valid on the basis of contract in writing, it means correct filled order /or phone order, back confirmed by fax or e-mail./

2. Price for the accommodation and the payment.

The price includes the services specified for each type of accommodation.

The client has the right to cancel the order before the date of arrival by writing form to company Sitour Czech Republic Ltd. /e-mail: deskline@sitour.cz/

Sitour Czech Republic Ltd. is mediator of accommodation.

The price for the accommodation has to be paid directly in accommodation object, if there is no other note

3. SITOUR CR is not responsible for the services and the equipment of accommodation object.

4. Deposit:

The landlord can ask for the deposit as a booking guarantee. The client is obliged to pay requested deposit.

If the landlord require the number of credit card, it is for booking guarantee. No amount will be charged from credit card after accommodation confirmation.

The following cancellation conditions are valid after accommodation confirmation:

free of charge – in writing form sent to e-mail: deskline@sitour.cz 10 days before the arrival at the latest

the groups have individual cancellation conditions, which are mentioned in accommodation confirmation.
