Ski areál Ještěd
Ještěd Ski Centre is a modern ski centre within the reach of the city transport of Liberec with a unique transport accessibility. (Czech Innsbruck). The ski centre of Ještěd lies at the altitude of 540 - 1,000 m and is probably the most accessible ski centre in the whole area of Czechia. In the ski centre, there are 2 four-seater chairlifts, 1 two-seater chairlift, 1 aerial tramway to the top of Ještěd and 6 ski lifts. It is one of the most modern ski centres in the Czech Republic. It is a five-star ski centre according to SPLV evaluation. It took the 3rd place among Czech ski centres according to SWOT analysis for the year 2009. It is supported by the city infrastructure, including good transport accessibility by your own means of transport as well as by the city transport that go straight to entrance to the ski centre. Visitors can comfortably park in a half-covered central car park with sufficient capacity, or can use some of other parking areas in the ski centre - free of charge. The ski centre offers ski slopes of all difficulty levels from the difficult ones on the northern side to the easy ones on the sunny south side. In the ski centre, there is F10 ski slope used for night skiing. There is Bucharka training field available for beginners, other training field is right next to the tramway terminal station. In the ski centre, there is a children's field with many winter attractions for the youngest visitors, whereas parents of small children can use babysitting service right in this centre. Our website contains a new interactive map that describes the whole ski centre in details. The ski centre is equipped with four web cameras with HD resolution that can immediately provide visitors, right in this map, with information about the ski slopes and their operation. Another improvement is new ticket gates on the chairlifts Černý vrch and Skalka fitted with LED screens that are sure to improve provision of information to skiers. This new improvement is available in only ten best ski centres of the Czech Republic. You are sure to find quality refreshment either on each ski slope or in a central self-service restaurant with social facilities. Visitors can also use some of two luggage storage rooms located right next to the bottom stations of the chairlifts.

Skiing for children under 120 cm is FREE OF CHARGE. Children under 150 cm accompanied by a parent pay 100 CZK. Night skiing of children accompanied by a parent - at half price.
A new children's park with attractions is prepared in Centrál training field.
In this season, the snow park in the area of Pláně will offer even more jumps and hurdles.
We have increased the number of on-line cameras.
We offer to visitors accommodation right in the middle of the ski centre in a building next to the four-seater chairlift to Černý vrch.
Other improvements include luggage storage rooms on Skalka and F10.
Our ski centre is an ideal place for both skiers-beginners and demanding skiers who love a bit of adrenalin.
Therefore, we offer ski slopes that include a blue ski slope as well as Slalomák black ski slope.
