SKI CENTRUM KOHÚTKA, a.s.
Kohútka Ski Centre is situated in a beautiful place in Moravia - in the Javorníky Mountains, the boundary mountain range between the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic. It is the only place in the region of Zlín, where there is a four-seater chairlift. There are lots of downhill courses not only for advanced skiers, but also for beginners. The downhill courses are covered with artificial snow and maintained regularly. Ridge hikes along the Cross-country Ski Track of Javorníky (Javornická magistrála) will command a view of the Moravian-Silesian Beskydy Mountains, the Jeseníky Mountains, and, in Slovakia, the Malá and the Velká Fatra Mountains, the Martinské hole Mountains and the Kysuce Mountains.
